SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.

USPS Priority is preferred method of shipping. Shipping charges will be provided at checkout if international. SHIPPING IN THE USA IS FREE for ORDERS OVER $100.

RETURN POLICY

Here at Lux Lenz  we love our customers and understand that mistakes can be made.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept eligible returns within 30 calendar days for:

1) Original form of payment within 14 calendar days. 

or

2) Store Credit within 30 calendar days 

Exchanges and store credit are non-refundable.


Eligible Returns means:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt, as stated on your tracking # information.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.

  • Merchandise must have all tags attached, including any Lux Lenz handtags received in the original packaging.

  • All Sale items are FINAL. 

  • Accessories must be in the same condition, as received. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns should be postmarked within 14 days to be eligible for a refund.

Returns are processed within 15-20 business days after delivery.
